[Tuning]Get Famous Effects Machine No turning off (Patreon)

Function: disable the “reset to turn off” status of the Plumbob Pictures Professional Special Effects Machine from Get Famous pack when revisiting the lot. The effects will remain the same as it was last loaded.

• Tuning: will override the original object. (overriding the original object will mark the object as "Custom Content").
• Object: will not override. Only the custom content object will have the “not reset to turn off” effect. Added 2 more swatches, mark as not debug item, will snap to ceiling. *Found under Activities and skills > Recreation*
