[Cyberpunk2077] Ceiling TV || AD. Deco (Patreon)

UPDATED (Nov. 11): made the deco version's scroll screen transparent so as to appear more hologram-like. Updated the position of the mesh for both TV and ad.with screen, so when you re-grab it after placing once, it will not look weird. Also added an deco advert. version with no screen.
