Hey guys! I'm new here, I’ve been enjoying your content for a while now and decided to subscribe, I’m an animation student and I watch your vids while working on my animations. A couple of fun facts, I made an entire university task about this movie, studying its references both historically and artistically. Sinbad it’s based on the original stories, of arab and egipcian origins, but they took a lot of Greek mythology inspirations for this movie, kind of mixing both of these worlds, you can see influences in Syracuse’s architecture and the clothing of the people. It really is an amazing movie, with lots of different influences and a very tight exploration of their influences. It’s said that originally they were planning for more iterations on this world, more adventures that Sinbad was going to be on, but due to its bad performance at box office at that time, they scrapped any chance for sequels or any other projects related, kind of a similar thing to what happened to Treasure Planet, specially knowing they both flopped because they tried new stuff with animation and were ignored by the chiefs at their studios, who wanted to only focus on 3D projects. I’m glad people still watch it and enjoy it, cheers guys!

Oh yayyyy I can't wait to watch along with you guys tomorrow night, when I finally have time to check this out! This is a childhood/teenager years-favourite of mine. Eris is one of the coolest baddies of all time, and everyone needs a Proteus in their life. And sinbad taught me that you can act like a self serving, self centered idiot and yet learn to be a hero, shortly before Han Solo got to show me this as well. Also, as an adolescent girl, Marina was quite the inspiration to me. I wish I had more of her sass, but we can't have everything xDDD. I still listen to this soundtrack, too. It has never and will never bore me.

Dude, this one is soooo good. I love the animation in this, especially Eris, the way her air flows and just the way she moves. I love the music in this too. I feel like this one is so underrated.
