I really like this one, I personally like it more then the first. For me it's funnier and had expanded the characters more, I also like just seeing Octavius and Jed having a bro-mance instead of fighting most of the time, I really love their friendship. I only have 2 issues, one I was really hoping they would utilize Sacagawea more, she didn't get to do very much in the first and her role was even smaller in this one. She's a great character and I would have loved to see her more take charge or something, she only had like 2 lines. And second, even though I thought they had good chemistry as actors I just didn't buy the romance between Ben and Amy, it felt quite forced to me, there was no need for them to. That first kiss was so awkward and I remember thinking for the first time "well that was fast." But I do really like their last scene together, you get the feeling that she didn't go back to the museum, she just flew until morning and dusted.

This movie truly was an epic crossover. Shrek, Avengers, and Supernatural and others can try to master the crossovers of various fandoms, but the Night at the Museum series truly gets it. There’s a range of historical figures, film characters, and the artwork comes to life. In the first film the statues coming to life was awesome but now photos and paintings that made this sequel great. They had Office actors and two HTTYD actors- voices for Hiccup and Snotlout! Add in that there was a bucket list of actors and actresses in this film, the cupids were the Jonas Brothers. First time I saw this film I couldn’t figure it was them but it bugged the hell out of me, it is when they begin singing Lovebug that it was a slap to the head. This film is seriously great. The third has even more epic actors and epic characters. This series is a joy to watch cant wait to see your guys reaction to the third!
