This seriously made my day! When you said that you don't think there will be any surprises I was like "just wait and see." The animation, the colours, the ad libs from Robin Williams there is really no remake or theatre show that has recaptured the true magic of this film. The cave of wonders sequence and the 'A whole new world' duet is just spectacular. I'm also glad you appreciated Jasmine...she is another one of my all time favourite disney princesses and I why I really hate the bad name princesses get these days. Jasmine is beautiful but also so kind and so smart! I grew up with strong princesses like her so I seriously miss movies/ animation like this. Thank you so much for reacting...I fell in love with this movie all over again! :)

Hmm. 3 wishes. Let’s get rid of the COVID first. Second wish …. I don’t know it’s difficult not to sound cliche. Ultimately having that power would drastically change the world in such a way it might not be worth it. Sweet wouldn’t be sweet ever again if you get rid of the bitterness. Maybe Aladdin’s best wish was to undo the lamps power. It turned out ok for him.

The COVID one is genius, good one. I was also thinking about the wishes and there is one I was thinking of that I'd like but will have implications on the world. Sometimes you think something would be good until you get it...pretty much like Aladdin...

Slightly off topic, but I bet Thor could do amazing ASMR. Just that "I hope everyone is having an amazing day" line, and he was accidentally tapping the headphones a bit... Made the thought pop into my head lol

Gotta be honest I used to think that this movie was a bit over rated when I was younger because I'd never actually sat down & watched it fully but now I finally get why people love it so much. My 3 wishes would be to 1. Change my apprence 2. Make it so I have infinite money & 3. End the exsistance of all evil in the universe for ever. I'd be curious to know your 3 wishes.

I'd wish for the abilities to shapeshift. I'd wish for the world atmosphere and terrain to be fixed. (Essentially stop global warming) And lastly I'd wish that if a human had intent on harm towards another being they would freeze. (Makes catching bad guys easier maybe? I dunno)

It's interesting because in the song Arabian Nights, those aren't the original lyrics that I grew up listening to. I think they changed it in one of their re releasing it from the "Vault". For one in the beginning of the song the lyric was "where they cut off your ear, if they don't like your face, it's barbaric, but hey, it's home". I'm not completely sure if they changed anything else, but that one change always sticks out to me when I watch the newer versions.
