With Selene completely dominated and made an obedient slave to Lana's family, she dutifully carried out her role as a sandal cleaner with joy day in and day out. On the occasions where she'd fail to clean her master's sandals to a required standard, she would be subject to a session of foot torture where Lana and her Mom would rub their sandy and salty feet over her, simulating what it would be like if Selene were to be the sandal. 

However, even if Selene was to do a good job on the occasion, she would still receive a session beneath her master's feet. Eventually, neither her or her masters could tell if it was a reward or punishment anymore... But nonetheless, Selene pushed forward in an attempt to do a better job each time. For Selene now, her only fulfilment comes from making sure her master's sandals are spotless and ready for wear each day.

Thus Selene spent the rest of her days until her tiny body and tongue was no more and when her Masters saw that she was no longer of use, disposed of her just like they would with any old or broken sandal.
