"Gorillas create pretty much all their protein with their body, they  don't get it from food, and I put here an example of how strong they are  and that the protein they produce themselves is a big part of the  reason why they are so strong:
The silver-backs are in fact stronger than 20 adult humans combined as  they can lift or throw up to 815 kgs while a well-trained man can only  lift up to 400 kg. Any adult gorilla can lift up to 450 kilograms, not  with a body size that can go as high as 200kgs".
Gorillas don't need to eat protein, because they grow their own protein  in the bacteria that thrive inside of them. They fascinatingly get their  protein in actuality. Since Insects only make up about 1–3% of a  gorilla's diet, that's not enough protein to build muscle. Gorillas get  big strong muscles because they make their own protein. Gorillas'  strength is about 10 times their body weight.
