Hello everyone!

I wanted to say a big thank you for all the support I've been getting so far this year. I never expected to be able to support myself off my art and creative projects, it's been huge for me. I'm genuinely really thankful for everyone who's been able to gives some support.

=====================================================================
My plan originally was to produce Rapturous through this year until September, where I'd try to have a finalized release (possibly with some extra additions here n there if I found time). The reason for that is because I'm trying to continue my education into getting a Ph.D. in physics.

I've been told by two counselors now that it's not likely I've been admitted to any of the schools I applied to. This was unexpected because I had recent experience and decent grades from a good university. I hadn't really considered what would happen if I didn't get in. A lot of things are in the air for me now. I may have to move, find a new life path, take on more physics work to beef up my resume. What I do know is that if grad school isn't happening I'll be more free to do a variety of things.

Right now I'm leaning toward investing more into content creation. I've enjoyed it so far. It's admittedly not enough for me to get by alone yet but the emotional and personal benefits are worth it to get by, to me. I'm really lucky to have the support I've had so far and I hope I can keep making things you folks enjoy.

I don't know yet if I truly did or didn't get in. The deadline is March 30th for the letters so we'll see within the month. I just figured it was time to talk about it. It's honestly been a big source of despair for me. I'm going to keep tugging along, though!
Tldr:
-Thanks for your support, you keep my lights on and my food on the table

-Likely didn't get into graduate school, not sure yet but 2 advisors say I probably didn't.

-Will probably continue work on rapturous and other projects throughout the year instead of stopping in September.

You have an amazing attitude and an incredible work ethic, Zyyph. No matter what path this year brings you down, you will find success in one-way shape or form. For what it's worth, I wish you the best of luck this month!

Hey, if not this year then try the next. Think of this as on opportunity to get things ready for your future. Might be a good idea to dig into what they look for in an applicant.
