If you have a lot of 3rd party plug-ins, this will cause the 5-minute problem. We have a tech support ticket into Apple who has told me that it is a known problem.

Thank you. It turned out to be the Pixel Film Studio Cartoon Pack that has tons in it. Just pulled it out of the Generators folder when I need Motion and put it back when I use FCP.
