Hey Fam, my latest video covers how to take Apple Motion's amazing animation tools, and bring them into Final Cut Pro! If you're interested in learning that, you can check out this video • https://youtu.be/0ReP74oEEA0

On top of that, I made 5 preset animations that you can apply from directly in Final Cut Pro! Download is below! Final Cut Pro 10.4+ is required.

Thanks for all of your incredible support!

Just signed up to be a patron because of this video! Is there a way to edit the slide effect so that it slides in from one way, but out from the other? I.e slide in from the left, and then slide back out to the right (from whence it came). I spend so much time fixing this in the built-in slide transition to make the final transition "slide out" rather than the less useful "slide in"

Thank You!!!! Man you should make the plugin of Niklas Christl, the one that you put your pictures and it moves cool! That's a good one! Hope you read this! You are the best!

Gwilym, I am so sorry I totally never saw this comment!! I don’t know if you ever came to a fix. The best way is to just make a cut in the middle of whatever you are animating, and disable the “build out” — then on the second half, disable the “build in” and change the direction of the slide. I know this info is far too late but hopefully it helps at some point! I should have added that as an option but I didn’t think of it! (Though it seems super obvious now)
