Another month packed with work! Let's have a look at what will be tackled in the upcoming weeks. For one, some things I have been working on since the start of Chapter 2-B can finally be wrapped up, and on the other hand, other new story lines I have been meaning to start can finally get started! Below is the usual summary picture of the plan and then we dive into the week-by-week breakdown!

Week 1: Yesterday I received an integrated the Special Study H-CGs and damn that was a complex one. Took me 7h to integrate everything into the 3 scenes it's fairly complex with all the different head positions and what-not. Other than that, there is a little of technical/balancing work that has been piling up. Trihan is taking care of a lot of things, but I have already swamped him with work for this month. :'D I will need to check out the Magic Academy again and configure the learning requirements for the spells and some other minor things here and there.

Other than that, I plan to use the time to get started on the Winterfall dungeon. It's planned to be the dungeon with the highest degree of interconnectvity between maps, so I will be taking care of doing the rough mapping and game design of these maps myself. After that I will be giving them to our mapper so I can start eventing the Winterfall dungeon next month.

Besides the H-CG integration, I don't think there will any significant new playable content this week. Maybe I will make it possible to already explore the draft maps for Winterfall but maybe that would just confuse people so maybe not. :'D We will see.

Week 2: We progress on the corruption storyline. We have nearly managed to prepare everything to get the cheating storyline started. There are still a couple of storylines we need to do before that, 2 of them I plan to tackle this week. The Night Club or Partying storyline follows a parallel plotline where after losing the Luciela Candidate status, Alicia will be able to perform some mental changes that end up making Aura go partying during night with her.

This will have quite some gameplay impacts in Roya, as getting to bed late-night will give some debuffs and partying through the night even skip the Roya segment entirely. I have not figured out the exact workings of the debuffs and schedule effects, but basically Aura putting having fun at parties over her job as a Hero is going to be the focus here. There will also be content of Aura getting drunk IRL (not sure if this month though). How far I can get with these scenes, will see. If I have some time, I would also like to sneak in 1 or 2 scenes of Veronica and George interactions to continue the storyline where George and Aura commuting stopped.

Week 3: In the third week, I plan to implement Absurdity's manuscripts for the Roland lewd scenes. He recently sent me the manuscripts for Roland 5 and 6, which I will be reviewing soonishly and then also post here. This will wrap up the lewd events for Roland so hopefully next week we can get started on his quests. Doing the Roland lewd scenes will most likely make it very difficult for Aura to reject Vice decisions proposed by Roland in the quests he gives out. Probably we will need an additional debuff passive for this.

Week 4: Last week will be finishing the Mount Firestorm dungeon area. Two more levels are missing and then we can finally close out this dungeon as well. Also, the last boss of the area, a superboss, will most likely replace the Belphegor fight as the most difficult one in the game.

Art Commissions

For the art commission plan, since Emubi hired his assisstant, I adjusted the plan to include the new increase of productivity. The goal will be to produce 1-2 H-CGs as before and in addition to that 1-2 character artworks or costumes.

For now, I plan to further pursue the goal of unifying art styles by replacing the RPG Maker stock artwork. Hopefully in August, where will be getting to the Slime character artwork, we can finish up this project and then start working on adding new character art. In June, you can see a little block for a costume segment. The brothel job will be getting a unique costume and the streamer storyline (that I'm kind of behind on :'D) is also going to get an e-girl or idol-like costume so when Aura does lewd streaming she will have that as a disguise.

Other than that, that we will be doing the Roland I/II H-CG is set for this month. So is producing some real world variation assets that I need for future appearance change mental changes and the "corrupt" versions of Aura and George sexual interactions after Alicia has decreased their compatibility in the Instincts Room. The H-CGs for June and July will then be decided by polls again. It's possible that I will switch around some of the costumes if I decide that maybe the Roland scenes should also get a unique costume at some point.

And that's mostly it for this month. There are a couple other minor commission works, mostly some technical stuff for Trihan and also the next new BGM piece our composer will be working on, but I will report on these during the devlog updates when we have someting.

For now I have I promised my Dad to meetup for lunch (today's holiday in Germany), so I will be wrapping things up here. Next post will probably be the Roland manuscript. Until then!

Love the steady pace of production in this game!
