Project Plan April (Patreon)

And the cycle begins anew! Here's what I'm planning to do this month. For the last couple of months, we had some imbalance caused by the lack of a mapper that forced me to first do more corruption content than I had originally planned and push the dungeon related work back. With the two updates in Feb and March we have reached a balance again.

In addition to this, there aren't that crazy many bugs so I can leave most of them to Trihan, so instead of technical week, I can directly dive into content creation from week 1. Therefore we get the following nicely balanced plan with 2 weeks corruption content work and 2 weeks Roya content work.

Let's have closer look at the week-by-week!

Week 1: There will be quite a few new mental changes. Obviously, the George Relationship Lever is an easy win, and besides that I also plan to add a mental change that will make Aura sometimes replace George's name with a derogative nickname. Perverted Fulfillment will receive a mental change to upgrade it and the purple curse control crystal to produce more lewdness through lewd acts will receive an implementation. After that I will be going to some corruption scenes, mostly focusing on reactions to the language mental changes. And then we will take a leave from the George focus and return to the bullying focus and have another look at how the library club members are faring.

Week 2: I plan to continue the aforementioned bullying storyline and hope I can reach the point of Rose starting the cheerleading club infiltration. The remaining time I plan to invest into real world lewd content by continuing the masturbation storyline. I had originally planned to also do Roland content this month but I feel like it's best to fully work out the lewd events and implement them all in one go, so probably this will happen next month. Absurdity has prepared Roland III and started on Roland IV though, which I will probably post tomorrow for feedback collection.

Week 3: And then it's back to Roya. I would actually prefer to mix he corruption and Roya content up a bit more by alternating it, and I might end up doing that and swicth Week 2 and Week 3. It mostly depends on the progress speed of our mapper. Anyways, in this week, the main focus is the continuiation of the main plot, Aura will finally be able to enter Main Cathedral and move the plot forward. Whatever time I have left, if I have time left, will be invested into continuing the build-up of Verdeaux.

Week 4: Finally, in week 4 we will continue with dungeon crawling content by adding in the next level of the Mount Firestorm volcanic area dungeon. Other than that, I plan to use this week as buffer to finish whatever I couldn't finish in the week's before.

And that's the plan for this month regarding my work. On the freelancer side we have Emubi working on the Special Study I - III scene H-CGs. I worked out the brief yesterday and listing out all the varations and assets, the scene is probably going to take the full month to make. I have also commissioned him to redraw Charlotte in his style, just as I have done from the applying candidates for the secondary artist position. This way we can better compare them. But for the planned Roland I scene illustration that definitely means it will be moved to next month.

On the writing side, as I mentioned before, our assisstant writer Absurdity is working on the Roland scenes.

Our assisstant RPGMakerdev Trihan will mostly be busy reducing more technical debt. Currently he working on integrating an RPGMaker extension that allows paper doll constructions of pixel characters. This way I don't need to precreate all combinations for RL Aura and can instead simply modify the different layers like hair etc. on the fly. This is mostly prep work so I can start working on the mental changes for the last appearance set.
