I like the blue hair, since it still feels individualistic to match Rose's personality. I feel like it naturally leads to a "cotton candy" type color scheme. I think people may be opposed to the shade, or just not seeing the end result may be a factor. Honestly, I can't think of a color aside from violet. It'd be great for her hair to be opposite colors of Aura's. With that, I like the idea of her favorite color being green to really represent the opposing rivalry between the two, but maybe that's a bit of over design

I like the blue hair color. It will also be a one up on auras plain recolor. Aura was scared of going with a more radical hair color and she just steals the attention from aura with her blue hair

The cerulean-ish blue definitely works as a base shade, a lot will obviously come down to shading/highlighting
