It is technical week once again. A lot of progress this week has been going into doing quite a bit of code quality improvements, on the UI side it's possible that something may have broken :'D since there has been a lot of code cleanup, I did some testing, but it seems to be fine. I have also done some refactoring of old code to generalize it and make it useable for new skills and environments.

And that also brings me to the new features this week. As already mentioned in the project plan post, I did some peparatory work this week to assemble the tilesets and scripts for two new area types: The volcano area reachable from Mountainreach and Underwater areas you can reach from certain diving spots such as the Central Lake in the Forest of Runes.

Ignore the mapping itself for now :'D it's currently mostly just a test map, but I decided to make it accessible so you know that there is indeed an area here and maybe don't get blind sided by the gimmick once the first maps of the dungeons get added. Also it adds context to one of the two new skills that got added this week, although these two skill are for now Slime-exclusive (You will be able to learn them as well down the rode once we get to the Magic Academy in Verdaux).

Slime got new skills to learn at level 7, which I decided to go with based on the poll results of the average slime level where it seems that a few slime leveling dedicated players have reached that level. The PHYS slime now gains Rampage I, FIRE get Flaming Robe, Wind the new skill Air Bubble which will be mostly helpful as a environmental skill, and Thunder gets a mini Super Saiyan. Note again that the latter two spells will also be learnable by Aura down the road.

Other than that, we mostly have an assortment of various small technical improvements: Costumes are now reflected in the Menu character artworks, mon-battle skills are now hidden from the skill selection during battle just like passive skills and you can now also unlock earth event scenes in the deluxe console.

And then finally, the remaining activities this week involved interacting with our freelancers. As you have seen, our artist Emubi started on Sexy Times With George 1. I have also done some discussions with our assisstant writer Absurdity regarding the Rosemond story line, he has prepared a Vice path and apparantly now also a Lewd path which I have yet to read. With our composer I have created a budget plan for the soundtrack commissions. Load saved game panel broke for me this release. Don't know if anyone else has that problem.

The load game panel, whether from in-game or the menu screen, does not allow for any of the previous saves to be selected, for that matter it isn't letting me select any slots for new saves either after the most recent release (playing on the mobile apk version).
