Phew. Took some crunching to finish this one up, but this week concludes the introduction of the the three new side maps in the Northern Mountain Ranges, including finishing the quest "What Lurks Inside the Mountains". Notice: If you played last week's plerelease and started the quest, you might run into some glitchy behavior in the quest log with this quest because of some missing objective handling. But other than that, you can continue just fine.

The new region is intended to provide the kind of "missing" difficulty link for those who have problems facing the tough enemies in Draknor Fortress. Including the ones I already added last week, there are 6 new minibosses to hunt (plus a demon fight but that one... well find out yourself!) a new useful formula to acquire, a new skillbook, and a bunch of loot. In the usual tradition of the game, the enemies aren't exactly weak, but with their focus on high HP rather than high damage output, it's more of a matter of efficient resource usage than figuring out how not to get demolished. Well except for the Goblin King encounter maybe...

Anyways! Besides this, we also have the Customer Service 3 H-CG variation integrated into the game. It turned out surprisingly well I think. I have also commissioned the Hermit 1 scene.

Finally, a little note regarding out assistant writer. I wasn't too happy with the results of the recents scenes and also with the previous one, there was still too much effort that I had to put into providing him with creative input, reviewing his work and then editing it. Since the whole purpose of this is to reduce my workload, I don't think we have been succeeding at this recently. I was quite useful when we needed a lot of lewd scenes to go for the virginity loss milestone, but now that we are back to 2 scenes per month, I don't see enough value to justify our current assistant writer. There was also always the problem that the work I can give him is limited, because he adamantly refuses to play the game and thus has limited knowledge of world building/story/characters.

Therefore, I have put out a new advertisement to try out a new assistant writer. I hope we can get someone who has a similar level of writing skill, but is willing to engage more into the game and thus reduce the amount if time I need to spend on informing him about all the details and characters on the game for the writing briefs  and/or needs significantly less editing work to make it fit.

Aaand that concludes this week's changes. For the total changelog including the public patch, check below as usual.

Damn... I'd love to help write, but my schedule's packed for the next few months editing for clients and revising my novel. :(
