In terms of actual changes in 0.13.2: Some minor bugfixes regarding the minimum lewdness in the new system. Also some minor balancing changes to the workshop payment. It's still an (intentionally) bad job, but at least scales more into the game and doesn't get too useless into early Chapter 2.
