Arcane new project (Patreon)

Hey there!!! I've been holding in but I can't keep it in anymore, so here it is!

I've been working on a thing for a little while and I wanted you to know first hand.

I'm currently doing a collaboration with a great artist (I'll reveal who it is once we finish the project), and I wanted to tell you about it because I'm really excited.

It's more like two collabs, because we want to do two projects together, one about She-Ra and the other one of Arcane. And this is the first one: an Arcane minicomic based on one of the most iconic scenes of the series (do you recognize it?)

We organised it so that the project would end up being a complete mix of both our styles. We each sketched 3 pages of the comic and then we exchanged them to do the lineart of the other artist's sketches (sounds weird but the result is very interesting XD).

Then the other artist will do the flat colours and  I'll be on charge of lights, shadows and rendering. I'm currently working on this part with a different workflow from what I usually do and it looks great.

Here you have a sneak peek of the project. I also asked for their permission to include it in the Arcane fanzine I plan to print and they say yes, so hopefully we'll also have it on paper at some point ^^.
