Have you seen Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia? Danny DeVito is in it. If you haven't it would make a great series to react to.

Its great. Its a subversive comedy from the POV of terrible people set in a bar in philly.

Sounds like my cup of tea lol. I'll see how long it is and the potential to react to it. Thank you so much for the suggestion!

The show hits hard. the first ep is about racism and the second ep is about abortion. And its insanely popular. 16 seasons! it's basically an institution.

"Sunny" is easily one of my fav shows of all time. Its also currently the longest running comedy of all time.

After watching your reaction and you have had time to gather your thoughts. I recommend watching it again for the masterful directing, acting, screenwriting, and filmmaking on display here. Every shot, character, and peice of dialogue is important to the storyline. It's simply outstanding and should have swept the awards if not for Titanic overshadowing every movie in 1997. I truly appreciate films like this that open up a dialogue and actually stick with you long after watching. I wish I saw this with you in person to have a conversation.

I've never actually seen this one so this will be interesting. I was about to turn 15 when this came out.

Guy from the 80's

Most of the cops in this movie is lawful evil, Bud is chaotic good, and Edmund is lawful good (I think)

Lol that is what I' do for a living, I am an optician.... let me know if ya ever need help with the glasses.

Man this was great. Glad I took the time to watch it and always interesting watching something for the first time In reaction video format. This was like bad guys vs really bad guys lol. But all the police antics, language and priorities were very in line with how they would have been innthe 50s. As far as him killing the guy running away, even today a cop would likely not get in trouble for this as he was a violent offender who was involved in rape and kidnapping. They see it as of he gets away he could harm more civilians so better to shoot him than allow that if bringing him in alive isn't feasible. I really enjoyed that you pointed out these toxic club cultures. They call it "Protecting their own". Being in the Army for 10 years I witnessed this a lot. An extreme example of this is the Vanessa Gullien case. She was a soldier who was murdered at FT Hood Texas. Bc it was on an Army base it was handled by that units chain of command and Central Intelligence Division. They messed up a lot of stuff to include ignoring sexual harassment complaints filed by her. If you aren't familiar with the case you should really look into it. Russel Crow is such a good actor. If you want an amazing movie with him in it check out "A Beautiful Mind". Definitely a movie you would love.
