We were invited by our friend Hélène to spend some time in the beautiful village of Noirmoutier yesterday, and we saw some pretty funny posters of our presidential candidates down the streets. XD

Tomorrow is the first round of presidential election votes and probably the most important day for the 2017 presidential Election in France, and I will just put the words out there: we're voting for Emmanuel Macron.

Both of us prefer having a young president like Macron instead of the others. Populist or not, at least he will send out a more positive image of France. XD

I admittedly know nothing of the French candidates, but I do agree a younger president would give a fresh view on things. Someone more in touch with the future to advance the culture rather than some older gentleman who is perhaps beholden to big money and old fashioned ideals

Je ne veux pas faire de débat politique ici mais je ne pense pas que Macron, malgré son age, soit celui qui a une vision plus jeune et plus moderne. Au contraire. Un autre candidat est plus ouvert sur le futur et a un regard plus frais sur la modernité. Attention de ne pas voter pour de mauvaises raisons..
