I have never once been able to apply for ObamaCare. As a poor college student, my part time job earns me $200/month. they said that was plenty for their cheap, $178 care plan... now I'm worse off than before because at least I didn't used to get FINED for not having insurance. I hate Trump, but I will not morn if ObamaCare is brutally murdered.

Unfortunately, so many of the people that voted from Trump will be most affected if he does repeal it. It's been shown that the areas in the U.S. with the most people on assistance and safety-net programs are the ones who keep voting for the party that screws them over the most. That's why the GOP always play the "I'm a better patriot" bullshit game when they campaign, to lure these people in, and then the people get screwed over once the candidates are in. The protests we're seeing now are NOTHING compared to when/if 20 MILLION people suddenly don't have affordable health insurance! The world is now going to see exactly what the Repugnicans are all about - They don't give a FUCK about anyone else. They ARE the 1% and now they've got a 1 percenter in power (well, not YET).

Obamacare is terrible!

Hillary Clinton did what she could to warn of things to come should Trump win the election. But...being that she is a WOMAN...nobody paid attention to her words of warning. Inauguration day is in January. That is when Trump get's sworn in to the presidency. It will take a few months for most of his decisions to take affect, a few longer than that. He still has to clear Congress and the House to make law/policy changes; just like Obama and all of the other presidents had to do. These protests show our freedom of speech and gathering, but in the long run won't make any difference to Trump. He will still do things his way without regard for what those decisions do to the welfare of all Americans. So, America will now see for themselves what having a republican as president really means to the well being of ALL THE PEOPLE who live in the United States. It's not the end of the world as we know it, but it sure will be different. It is now time for us all to really pay attention.

I was making about $50 a week while I struggled to make my bakery work as it was closing. I've been sick. So I decided to apply for Obamination Care (as I call it) and I made too much money and was denied. I should have lied and said I was HIV+, homeless and illegal - then they would have paid me to have health insurance. I look forward to it being replaced with something that works and something I can get and still be honest in my application.
