Volunteer rewards (Patreon)

Hello,

I believe most of you enjoy the presupported versions of my models. For those of you who still don't know, they are the result of a community effort, in the sense that a few of my patrons volunteer to work on them for each new release. I'm always deeply thankful to my volunteers, and I believe you probably are too. 

I'd like to offer my volunteers a few rewards, and I hope you all agree with me on this. I have thought about two options with the help of Jupp3, who's the most prolific volunteer at this moment.

1 - Each volunteer will be able to write down two characters in my fanart voting poll, for each model he worked on. Right now I usually choose 10 characters, so six of these would be chosen by the volunteers themselves. 

2 - For the original character of the month, I'll do a prize draw among the previous month's volunteers, and the winner will get to choose what I'll do next. It'll be basically a commission, as long as the character theme is compatible with my usual offerings. 

I'd do number 1 next month, then number 2 on the following month, and so on, alternating between them. 

I'm presenting you guys these ideas because I'd like to hear your thoughts on this. If anybody opposes this sort of arrangement, please, I'd like to know what you're thinking. This will give me more information to better assess my plans. It's not a decision yet; just a plan.

When I start earning more than $3,000 on a consistent basis, I intend to hire pre-supporters for this task. Meanwhile I'm considering this alternative.
