February cartoon poll (Patreon)

Hello,

I'm working on Taarna now, and since I got a volunteer to help with the pre-supported version for Mei, there's a chance I'll be able to make a cartoon character for this month as well. A cartoon model is simpler than my main models, and usually comes from American animation series.
