Patron Tier prices have been reduced! (Patreon)

What the title says! I've been thinking for a while about reducing the tier prices, and I just did so. They will become effective starting the 1st of next month, so have that in mind when you see your transaction being cheaper than before!

Bean Citizen is now 3 USD instead of 5 USD
Discord Beans is now 5 USD instead of 8 USD
