What happens when there's a tie Vote? (Patreon)

We currently have a 4 way tie in the current vote between Lamia, Golem, Amazon, and Mimic princesses. Given that there's only one day left on the vote, I thought it best to explain to you guys what the rules are for tied votes even when we're adding two princesses a month. 

1) Characters that were submitted by our patrons will get primary precedence 

2) Princesses who are in the game will get secondary precedence 

3) Princesses who are in the current Gen we're working on at the time will get tertiary precedence 

4) Characters currently in the game will get tettrary precedence 

5) Princesses from outside the current gen we're working on will be in last place.

Obviously this rule only applies for ties for 1st or second place greater than 3 characters for 1st place, or any tie for 2nd place. Assuming somebody isn't tied, these precedence rules do not apply. For example, A princess on the list who is not from the current gen but receives the most votes without contest, regardless of if they were submitted by patrons or not, will obviously win the vote overall.
