Final Tier Changes for August! (Patreon)

I've implemented the tier changes and I feel better about how things are currently standing. I've switched bonus image access to the $5 tier, and added content polls to the $3 tier and higher.

Instead of adding another raffle I've removed them entirely, as I need to implement more concrete rewards that aren't based on chance. I want to replace them with something but I'm not sure what that should be yet, but if you have any suggestions about the kinds of rewards you would like to see, let me know!
