From Chris: Arrow picked up this L.A. indie horror. Not great, not terrible. A conjoined tale of two different witches; feels more like two separate movies thrown together. Indifferent acting, though there's some ghoulish fun from the evil witches. A pastiche of witchy horror tropes. Bold filmmaking that does what it can on a limited budget.
