From Chris: DTV actioner starring Steven Seagal. If you can look past the shoddy direction, a mostly competent action flick. Reminds me of DTV action from the 1990s. Seagal is a former Special Forces operator who crosses paths with corrupt police and Chinese gangs in Washington while working with the Russian mob. Surprisingly watchable with solid gunplay and fights, if you can buy Seagal taking out well-armed men with mostly his fists. Caught me by surprise since the last few DTV thrillers I've reviewed have been middling to terrible.
