Funny Face Blu-ray Screenshots (Patreon)

Part of the Audrey Hepburn Collection. Better transfer than Sabrina but it should look better, Funny Face was a major musical filmed in Vistavision. I believe this is the same disc put out a few years ago. Superb color rendition but older film transfer with a touch of processing. Solid PQ but crying out for a new 4K scan.

First time I've caught it and I was struck how Audrey's dancing in the French cafe scene resembles some of Michael Jackson's moves. He must have seen this film and emulated her. Gene Kelly choreographed most of Funny Face.

Fred Astaire is romantically paired with a much younger Hepburn. It's a song-and-dance musical for the most part, so the age difference doesn't factor in as much. Incredibly scenic Paris setting.
