Bitten by the 2000's orange/teal bug, the instant burst of color fades quickly. Flesh tones tend to veer toward pale, a casualty of aggressive color timing. At least there's density to the color, pouring on strong blues and striking oranges.
Great black levels return, distributed throughout the feature with remarkable depth. This is easily the best of the Potter lot so far. Highlights pop out as needed with pleasing HDR effects.
The miss is still definition and resolution. The 2K scan lacks sharpness, although the compression fares better. Light grain sits over the image without any regular complaints, although a handful of scenes produce a mushy buzz akin to poor compression.

Whipping winds and various pans continue the trend of flawless audio. Crowds fill the soundfield and cast spells travel about the mix. Near field design gives prominence to positional cues, beautiful in the way few audio tracks are.
Bass extensions hit the sub with weight. Music stings keep things active and action cues sound superb. Consistency in this series continues.
