Well, it's an improvement. A small one, but still. The biggest of the issues remains with the encode. Grain is remarkably poor, muddy and impacting detail. Early on, Potter becomes surrounded by mosquito noise. Good to know that's still an issue on UHD.
Resolution is a tad better than before. Close-ups deliver a touch more definition. Long shots produce better imagery. Still, it runs soft and lacks the sharpness that should be present. There's no reason the Harry Potter flicks weren't mastered in 4K.
Tepid HDR only adds to the disappointment. Color stays mild with slightly warm flesh tones. Pithy contrast marries to sagging black levels with little oomph overall.

Audio
Thick LFE support comes alongside some dominating dynamic range. The disc is mixed low, but be careful not to crank the volume. The tree attack in the early part is enough to take down a room at peak volume.
Exceptional surround use is pinpoint. When the fairies end up loosed in class, it's pure sonic mayhem. Flying cars pan about without a miss. Every bit of direction is matched visual to audio, a really stellar bit of work that makes for a grand boost over the Blu-ray.
