From Chris: Everything I could have hoped for in this superb adaptation of The Long Halloween. This is the perfect Batman movie, extremely well put-together. Very cool animation that does a fine job taking cues from Tim Sale's art and character designs from the graphic novel.

May become my favorite animated Batman by miles and miles. I can't wait to see the sequel. HBO really needs to adapt The Long Halloween over a 12-episode live-action series. I'm assuming Warner will issue the combined parts one and two on UHD down the road. A couple scenes have obvious spots where HDR will juice the PQ.

From me: Some of those Batman shots would make killer tattoos.
