Hey everyone! Apologies I've been so quiet.  This month has been off to a good but also rough start. I had to pay my taxes beginning of June and it was...a huge blow to my savings so I'm basically right at the bottom of the barrel again, financially. I know July will be great for business with 3 cons happening, but until then I've been lacking motivation due to just being down about...not having money LOL. But I'll be ok. Just trying to work quick and efficiently (without overworking myself) to take my mind off of things and doing my best to promote my online shop to help me out until I can take on more work again. Running a business sure is hard, but I'll take it over a full time job any day. I really do enjoy it, all things said and done u_u

ANYWAY, update over. Time to direct your attention to this cool project I've been spending the last week on! A shop a few towns out contacted me about doing a t-shirt design for them! They're a motorcycle supply and apparel shop called Simply Moto, and are ran by a husband/wife duo that are so incredibly friendly and kind (: I was really thrilled to be contacted by them for this!

The design features their beagle, Sadie, who they wanted riding a motorcycle in a similar fashion to my "Moto Yote' logo I did for my own motorcycle apparel brand! Second image in the set showcases 4 different design variants. They couldn't settle on one and chose B and D to bring further into the WIP stage (II preferred B and made sure to let them know too. That was the one I was really rooting for with this design!)

The third image showcases the two with different quotes and placements, quotes are ones they provided, and I did my own spin on a couple of them too. They ended up choosing C requesting to have the words in two circles around the artwork (which they doodled; can be seen in the first image) which I'm so over the moon about!

Now that the sketch process is finished, I'm taking this design to ink this week and providing them with some font variants they can choose from before we start working with colour. They're looking for 1-3 colours, so I'm looking forward to getting around to that and coming up with some fun options (: I'll share all those later on!
