How many times should I post a week (Patreon)

Just trying to see what you guys expect. Was looking at a video a day before yesterday and it brought up a great point on being consistent and posting everyday but with what I do and health I know that’s not possible art wise. But would like to engage with you guys in other ways. Not just a drawing everyday. Hell I would even like to teach you guys a few things but only few of you draw and wont post your work lol.

So give me a realistic answer on this.
