Jet Man

Man, it really is that good. Utterly captivating.

I love Bloodborne, and this track fits so well in the game when it plays. It' s beautiful but haunting. Unfortunately, game-play wise Bloodborne is also difficult (like Dark Souls) so fair warning in case you ever decide to try it.

its tracks like this that make me want to go buy a playstation

Unknowable

By the way, this game is made by the same company that made dark souls and elden ring

Really wish they'd bring this game to PC because I've been playing through all the soulsbornes and with no PS4 I'm just incapable of doing this one

Bloodborne is my favorite game ever. It is however as some have mentioned by the same studio as Elden Ring/Dark Souls/Sekiro/Armored Core, so there is a level of learning the game asks of you that does put some people off as being a bit difficult. It's like Dark Souls injected with horror, the occult, and pure madness. Beast men prowling the Victorian streets is only the beginning. As you pointed out from the music, it's the stuff of nightmares. It's something I'd recommend to anyone who is willing to try, but understand if someone is hesitant to dive in. I'd say it's absolutely worth at least trying once, because if you can develop the skills and knowledge to progress in the game there is so much enjoyment waiting for you. It's just a different set of skills from other games, so a lot of the "difficulty" is tied to the ambiguity in how to fight. It can seem like you get it and it's just too hard, but once it truly clicks and you understand how the game plays things can much easier and that skill is mostly transferable between their other games. The soundtrack for both the main game and the DLC are in my playlist because the tracks are just that amazing, although it can feel like it's suddenly Halloween in my car when it's pops up. Also just a general question Tony, did you ever see the original CG trailers for Elden Ring and the new DLC trailer that just dropped? Even if you don't plan on playing the game I still think you'd just enjoy them as media content.

Considering your interests especially in fantasy/dark fantasy I highly recommend watching the Bloodborne announce trailer, the Elden Ring announce trailer, and the Elden Ring story cinematic trailer. All three are basically short high quality cg cutscenes ranging from 2-4 minutes. If you're interested here's links to each in the order I mentioned them. I think they distill pretty well what all the hubbub is about that us fans have been making for these games. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G203e1HhixY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e8wHJsFEKAM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K_03kFqWfqs

If you do get into any games, Bloodborne is a great one. But I’d recommend Elden Ring - it’s an easier entry point in the Souls series
