Epic. Another thing we need more of, is for you to get enough subscribers to throw an annual YouTube/Pateron anime and/then video game music concert. Like from a small local spot that doesn't cost a lot of money where the locals can buy in person tickets, but stream it where your followers can by stream tickets. It would be so interesting to see how you and company would music-ly interpret the top content you absorb. I would buy a stream ticket (if it is not an ATM and a leg). I'm rooting that you get big enough for that. Also, how do I find the discord link to shoot you the shirt designs. I did a quick sketch. Basically one shirt says "Anime Music" with an outline image of you at the bottom of the shirt pointing up to the words with a drumstick. The other says "Video Game music" with a similar description. Somewhere on the shirts will be the DRT logo. I believe this is unique because I don't see many shirts online that say that. I'm still looking how to write "Anime Music" in Japanese to maybe put on a sleeve or under the English words. How many people have always wanted shirts that say that? Keep rockin' Tony! You are awesome. Kids have it good these days to get their music teacher to watch anime and play games. 😎😎😎

I think you don't remember or didn't noticed that Geto has appeared throughout the first season, he is the mastermind or puppet master of the curses that the main character has faced.

Two things to comment that I noticed only watching this second time: First: The cursed weapon Geto used, that "triple nuchaku" thing I forgot the name, is the special-grade weapon mentioned and shown in season 1 on the group fight event. Second: Moneybags said, on the explanation of Black Flash, that his record is four consecutive Black Flashes. This is exactly what he did on his appearance at the fight here. PS: Yuta landed a Black Flash in the face of Geto too. I also didn't notice that when I watched first time.

Also The black flash is the red a black lightning that sorcerers display when they are in ‘the zone’ Itadori did it when fighting with todo and he and nobara also did it in the last episode of S1

"In the zone" sounds so much like they're high... well, all sorcerers look like they're high when serious tbh. Release the cursed energy ONE BILLIONTH OF A SECOND AFTER HITTING looks like something a high person would say, specially in japanese where Todo says one billionth by repeating the same word several times. PS: So sad Maki can't pull Black Flash because she can't use cursed energy :( she's more badass than any Black Flash graphic effect anyway.

Doesn’t really sound like they’re high, it’s an interchangeable phrase with ‘flow state’ which is a scientific term and both are brought up occasionally when you play sports.

I think it's great that this got to be your first anime movie, if it was, or if not have you seen any other specifically japanese anime movies before? For example any Studio Ghibli films because those are quite well known and highly regarded but may still be foreign to you. Might be something you could hold a poll for at some point if you wanted to do a standalone movie reaction in the future. You could restrict it to just Ghibli movies to narrow the field a little or open it up to any anime movie. There's actually a musically focused anime film from last year that I've been meaning to see but I feel like you'd like called "Inu-Oh" and here's the trailer if you're curious. Just to give a little bit of background, that last scene happened during the beginning of Season 1 Timeframe wise. Gojo had went overseas for a bit and he came back with a Souvenir for everyone, while he was overseas he met with Yuta and talked with him. Also the sorcerer there that he was talking to, Miguel, is more like a Sorcerer for hire, so after the job is over it seems like they don't really hold grudges like that anymore, they were just chilling having some food. Now we've seen how Yuta looks in the movie, they put some perspective on it but with the jumps it can be hard to gasp, he was only at the school for like less than a year but became immensely powerful enough to contend with Geto and be a Special Grade Sorcerer, one of 4. He figured out how to Heal, which is an extremely hard thing for humans to learn and on top of that, the loud mic he created, he copied Inumaki Cursed Speech and put it in that. So some extreme manipulation of cursed energy going on with him. I absolutely can't wait to see him come back and do more!

If you like action with some intriguing and fun lore, I highly recommend "UNDEAD UNLUCK." It starts off pretty wacky, wild, and silly, but once the plot REALLY picks up, you get some insane lore dumps with all the twists and turns you don't expect. It also has a VERY interesting and unique power system. Its first season is currently airing, so there's no rush to get to it if you prefer to wait for more ppl to recommend it.

It’s one I’d reconsider. I know a few people have left comments to discourage it, but those have basically been weird over-exaggerations of what actually happens in the show. Really unfortunate imo. Genuinely think you’d enjoy from a story perspective & you already know how amazing Kevin Penkin is for the score. That said, it is very dark.
