Suisei's often mentioned this is her "relax and have fun" song. The album this song is on is saturated in heavy and emotional songs that stress her voice and blast orchestration at you, plus a song or two full of nostalgia from early in her career. This one's plonked roughly in the middle and is bright, cheery, and sorta cookie-cutter to give everyone a break; plus she just enjoys singing it off-the-cuff occasionally as it's light and for the most part sits right in the middle of the comfort zone of her vocal range. ETA: Still sitting on my hands to see your response to Stellar Stellar!
