You might be remembering the movie "May the Melody Reach You" which is a recap of season 2. It expands on some scenes and fills in some gaps in the storyline. It's a great complimentary movie to season 2 and is worth watching before moving on to "Liz and the Blue Bird".

Basically the entire background art from Bocchi the Rock is referenced from real places. Even Starry, the club where they hung out a lot, is a place you can visit, though it's actually called Shelter. Also the wall where Kessoku Band took their promo photos is a real selfie hotspot thanks to the show now.
