There are three main clans of sorcerers, two have been mentioned: Zen'in and Kamo. Previously there were small details that made you realise that Megumi might belong or be related to the Zen'in clan as well as the twins (Maki and Mai) but if I'm not mistaken this is the first time it's been said explicitly.

Also you said principal yaga masamichi had an epic voice That voice actor is Takaya Kuroda and he is most famously known for his voice acting role as "Kiryu Kazama" from the Yakuza series video games made by Sega, He's one of the best voice actors around and he definitely does a great job as the principal of the Tokyo school as well!!

So the 3 great clans mentioned in this episode are 3 old & long existing, powerful, famous and influential families in the world of Jujutsu sorcery. The names of the clans are also the Surnames of every blood related member. So far only 2 of the 3 clans’/families’ names have been stated. The ‘Zen’in clan’, who includes twin sisters Maki and Mai and it has been implied that Megumi fushigiro is also related to this clan. The other named clan is ‘Kamo’, who the dude who manipulated the blood in this episode is the heir to lead it. Each clan seems to have a least one treasured jujutsu technique/power unique to their bloodline.
