Panda... PANDA JA*NAI*! This episode left me wondering what exactly is her sister. First time I watched I assumed his sister would be defensive mode and gorilla offensive mode, but watching it again I noticed that it's not what he really says.

In this episode we're introduced to Heavenly Pacts. Remember this term as it will be important later on. Heavenly Pacts are described as bindings placed on a sorcerer's body when they are born. These bindings usually refer to limitations on the human body but the person receives improved capabilities in a different capacity in exchange. In simple terms, a physical downgrade in exchange for stronger cursed energy powers, or vice versa. For example, as Mechamaru described this episode, he was born without the bottom half of his legs and without an arm in addition to not being able to go outside, but in exchange he's able to manipulate cursed puppets at a larger range, something other puppet manipulators would otherwise struggle with, or be unable, to do.

I would've said the same thing, but he seems like he has no binding, I mean Todo has been helping him increase his cursed energy the last couple episodes, and yuji is physically capable of doing most things 🤔 unless there's a binding we don't know about I don't see him having a heavenly pact

That lighting is so effective because they make everything that isn't being hit by the light much, much darker than usual. You would be surprised how effective that simple trick is, and how often most media fucks up light sources.
