The voice actor of principal Yaga is not on attack on titan but his most famous role is being the voice of Kazuma Kiryu in the yakuza series, he does also voice in a lot more anime so you might encounter him in other shows.

You picked probably the perfect time to jump in considering by the time you catch up the second season will already have been back from it's brief hiatus and you'll be finishing up the season around the time everyone else is. Also like other's said, the correct order is season 1, then movie, then season 2. Some anime movies are like big budge side stories for the fans (mostly the big anime with tons of episodes), while others are canon and store important (smaller shows with fewer seasons like JJK).
