Jet Man

Light's alignment always seemed more Lawful Evil on the whole. He still wants to create order in the world and anything that threatens his ideas and his viewpoints is considered to be unlawful. In his mind, he his everything. This is a god complex for sure. His way of thinking is warped, but it is not chaotic.

Blitz Cam

Well a lot more happens in the story, as you can imagine. I think around now with Light, this is the first real threat he had in the case, and felt the need to kill Naomi. Thinking more about it, he did reveal that it was his goal to meet L, so if he didn’t feel Naomi was as much of a threat, he could have tried to arrange a meeting with her and L, but that would likely be too big a risk. But yeah this episode shows just how well Light can manipulate people(without the aid of the death note of course.)
