Both are great anime in my opinion goblin slayer is a dark and gory anime inspired by DnD while cyberpunk has an amazing story and is basically a futuristic GTA you can't go wrong with either anime. Side note goblin slayer season 2 is coming out this year.

Of course it's up to you, but I know most of us here would recommend watching the dub of Edgerunners. It allows you to hear unique slang and figures of speech from the universe that don't translate well with subtitles

Goblin Slayer just wasn't very good. It had a shock value but that's about it. Edge runners was great tho and would also put my vote down on the English dub as well.
