Yea I think the OST compilation videos are a good idea as it would probably be too tedious to go about making multiple videos for all the different songs, so better to just get a compilation of either the whole thing or just the highlights. Plus you get the added context and more full experience that way.

When Gaoshun (the masculine-looking eunuch she was walking with in the courtyard) calls her "Xiaomao", Xiao literally means "small" or "little"; in this case, when it's used as a prefix to a name in Chinese, it's a diminutive term of endearment to someone who's younger (like how the Japanese use the -chan suffix). So he's basically calling her Little Mao -> Little Cat -> Kitten. The 'cat' pun for her name also comes into play whenever you see her getting excited about drugs and medicine as she pops into her cute "chibi" mode with the cat ears.
