the song is called Flashbacker it was released on a album by Kessoku band with a few another songs (that were not played during the anime) shortly after the anime aired.

Since it doesn't say in the video, The track is "Flashbacker" by "Kessoku Band" (the fictional band from the show). Vocals are performed by the cast. They've released 16 tracks, 9 of which (opening, 4 endings and 4 performances) were used in the show. There were a handful of 'celebrity' collaborators, such as Maguro Taniguchi of KANA-BOON and Ikkyu Nakajima of Tricot. The band are great, and have a bunch of writing and session credits for artists like Aimer and LiSA
