Even though there's not much changed the blu ray version does this episode so much justice from just removing the ghosting and dimming. The rainbow sequence you saw is elevated to another level when you're able to see the actual colors. Yuiji's black flash at 13:15 also looks insane when you can actually see it properly.

It’s hilarious, in that little quick scene right before Todo does the Black Flash, some of the things that inspire him to do it are, Yuji, his favorite Idol Takada, and caked up women, just to name a few. That man will always be goated.
