以前のプラン"standard++"に加入してくださっていた方が、新しいプラン"Blue"に加入されると記事が閲覧できないエラーが発生しております。

この問題は、"standard++"に加入中と判断されているため、"Blue"の特典が得られないことが原因だと思われます。

"standard++"に加入されていた方は、プランに加入した日付を過ぎてから新しく加入すると問題を回避できると思われます。

問題が生じてしまった方々へは、対応を検討中ですので改めて後日ご連絡いたします。

If you were a member of the previous "standard++" plan and have subscribed to the new "Blue" plan, you may be experiencing an error where you cannot view articles.

We believe that this problem is caused by the fact that the user is considered to be a "standard++" subscriber, and therefore cannot receive the benefits of the "Blue" plan.

If you were a "standard++" subscriber, you may be able to avoid the problem by joining a new plan after the date you joined the plan.
