Monthly report: January 2020 (Patreon)

Greetings my cherished benefactors.
Allow me to give you my deepest heartfelt gratitude for supporting my art and helping me realize my passion. :3
I love drawing and I'd like to keep doing it for the foreseeable future. And thanks to your help, I'm able to sustain myself as a freelance artist.
Sometimes life gets on the way, sometimes I don't get much sleep or I have to announce delays, but rest assured I will fulfill all of your rewards in due time.
I hope that you guys stay with me and are able to support me in the long term, I'd be very grateful.
In the event that you can't, please don't worry. Investing in art is a luxury and it's perfectly understandable if you need to use your money for other things. Don't hurt yourselves in order to help me.

This was a very productive month,  however I couldn't get a bonus artwork in due to time constrains; as you may have noticed all artworks for this month had detailed backgrounds (need to be faster when making those)
Another important thing to report is that some patrons were understandably concerned about the backlog issue and decided to downgrade their pledge, perhaps feeling slighted since their commission is still pending. That's perfectly fine and I don't condemn it, however I'm doing commissions as fast as humanly possible and there's still my wrist problem to consider, demand for commissions also has shown no signs of diminishing which makes me happy that everyone likes my work so much, but at the same time it increases the waiting list for commissions every time.
Neither boosted rates nor restrictions have abated demand, and since I don't want to upset patrons, risk losing support and putting myself at financial risk; I won't be opening regular commission slots for March.

IMPORTANT: Tier 4 and tier 5 patrons will still have access to their secured commission slots (this is their perk and I won't deny it.)

Regular slots however, will not reopen till I'm done with the commission backlog. I apologize to those who will be affected by the measure, but I want to deliver quality content to you guys on schedule without upsetting clients due to delays and subsequently losing support.

Once again; tiers 4 and 5 will be able to place their commissions for March as usual and they will NOT be affected by this measure.


Reminder: Rewards are now distributed via Google drive link which is posted on every finished artwork and on monthly reports. Rewards are added as they are completed. Do keep the link handy. You can still get the rewards the old way, but there's no telling when Patreon will downscale files (seems pretty random.)

Important: With the Google drive filling up, it will soon be time to slowly migrate the oldest folders to my Gumroad account. I'll let you guys know in advance when I finally launch it and I'll keep newcomer patrons updated about it.
