Even more progress on Gear/Rom sleepover. (Patreon)

Since I was instructed to show their pantsu while doing something fun but not ecchi, all I could think of was to have Rom wear a loose shirt and have Gear down in just her usual shima-underwear. (fits the sleepover theme)
I picked her sports-bra from a promo artwork to keep things canon.
(Likely that's the bra she wears underneath her sailor one-piece, anyway.)
