Even more progress on Rom-chan~ (Patreon)

Large WIP set. I got a few setbacks including another eartquake, but thankfully it wasn't as strong as the September one.
Here's more progress on Rom. I'll be done with this shortly and then we'll move on to February stuff~ :3
