Backup links! (Patreon)

Hope you are all good and enjoying our recent releases 😄

As we hope you all know, we are always trying to improve our process, to make sure you guys have a great experience in our community, and recently we have received the same feedback regarding our delivery process:

You want a way to access your sets in case you can’t download it during the month period, or your computer crashes or even if you decide to cancel your subscription.

Unfortunately, Patreon doesn’t have any tools to do that (like MMF does) so we came up with a workaround that will hopefully solve that problem.

Starting this month, on the last day of each month, we will send every patron a private message with a backup link to that month’s set. This way, you will always be able to come back and download any of the sets you own.

These links are permanent on your message history and will contain both versions of the files, so you don’t have to worry about missing the pre supported files, as they come a week or so later (we are working to fix that also 😉)

On top of that, we will be looking at each of you guys history with us and will send the backup links to everything you own, so you can access that too. Just keep in mind that, as a very small team, it may take a while to go through that backlog, but we are committed to do it!

You will never have to pay twice for any of our sets, so if for any reason you missed the download window for any set, you should be able to retrieve it afterwards.
